I have been representing buyers and sellers for over 30 years. I take a calm and centered approach to working with my clients. One of my goals is to reduce the stress of buying and selling as much as possible. I offer clients expertise and experience to help them make informed decisions. While Seattle continues to grow, I find that helping my clients navigate through the real estate market is enjoyable and incredibly satisfying.

Living in the Pacific Northwest has been a wonderful experience. The Olympic and Cascade Mountains, the San Juan Islands, and Puget Sound create an incredible backdrop for our daily lives. I enjoy gardening with my wife and spending time with my growing family. I like interacting with my neighbors, going to the farmers market every weekend, and catching a Sounders or Storm game every now and then.
